Fence Installation Process at Arre Techos

Our process combines technical planning, skilled workmanship, and premium materials. We ensure that every fence is solid, aesthetic, and functional, meeting the safety and design standards that define our company.

1 - Project Evaluation and Design

Every installation begins with an inspection and personalized consultation.

  • We analyze the terrain (level, slope, soil type).
  • We identify property boundaries and assess privacy or security needs.
  • We advise you on the available fence types:
  • Metal fences: Wrought iron, steel, aluminum, or galvanized mesh.
  • Wood fences: Treated pine, cedar, oak, or other weather-resistant woods.
  • We design the ideal style (modern, rustic, ornamental, or functional) and define heights, finishes, and details.

2 - Ground Preparation

Before installation, we prepare the work area:

  • Clean the ground and remove obstacles.
  • Mark the exact perimeter where the fence will be installed.
  • Determine the support points (main and secondary posts).

3 - Post and Base Structure Installation

The posts are the foundation of every fence.

  • Holes are drilled to the proper depth (generally between 24 and 36 inches).
  • Posts are set with reinforced concrete, ensuring vertical alignment.
  • In metal fences, structural supports are welded or bolted; in wood fences, horizontal rails or guide beams are installed.

4 - Panel or Board Installation

Once the posts are secure, we proceed with installing the panels, boards, or metal sections:

  • For metal fences, sections are welded, bolted, or assembled using modular systems.
  • For wood fences, boards are fixed one by one, following the agreed spacing and orientation (vertical, horizontal, or privacy style).

During this step, we pay special attention to visual alignment and aesthetics to achieve a flawless finish.

5 - Finishing, Sealing, and Protection

With the fence installed, we apply protective treatments according to the material:

  • Metal: Anti-rust paint, epoxy coatings, or galvanization.
  • Wood: Varnish, waterproof sealants, or exterior paint resistant to sun and rain.

We also install gates, doors, or closing systems if the client requests them, maintaining the design’s visual consistency.

6 - Final Inspection and Delivery

Finally, we conduct a full quality and leveling review, ensuring the entire structure is solid, aligned, and ready for use.
