Every deck we build is a custom project. Our process combines planning, precision, and top-quality materials to ensure a flawless result.

1 - Consultation and Custom Design

The first step is understanding your vision. During the initial consultation:

  • We listen to your ideas, needs, and how you intend to use the space (lounge area, outdoor dining, pool zone, etc.).
  • We evaluate the terrain: leveling, soil type, drainage, and sun orientation.
  • We define the architectural design, including shape, dimensions, railings, stairs, and lighting.

2 - Ground Preparation and Structural Base

A long-lasting installation starts from the foundation. At this stage, we:

  • Clean and level the ground.
  • Install concrete footings or bases to support the structure.
  • Set the main beams and supports (framing), ensuring stability and resistance to moisture and weight.

We carefully check leveling and alignment, making sure the entire structure is solid and perfectly balanced.

3 - Deck Installation

Once the base is ready, we begin installing the selected material.
Depending on the deck type:

  • Treated wood: Installed board by board, maintaining spacing for ventilation and preventing warping.
  • Composite or PVC deck: Installed using hidden fastening systems that provide a clean and modern finish.

We also incorporate railings, handrails, and stairs according to the approved design, paying close attention to both aesthetics and safety.

4 - Finishes and Final Protection

When the deck installation is complete, we apply sealers, varnishes, or protective coatings against moisture, UV rays, and wear.

For composite decks, we perform general cleaning and polishing to leave the surface ready for immediate use.

We can also add lighting systems, pergolas, or light roofing structures to enhance the space’s functionality, if the client requests it.

5 - Inspection and Project Delivery

Before delivery, we perform a final inspection to ensure the structure is solid, safe, and visually perfect.

We review all leveling, anchoring, and finish details. Finally, we provide maintenance recommendations to keep the deck in excellent condition for years to come.
